SNOW PATROL ‘UP TO NOW’ FACEBOOK PUB QUIZ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prize Offered:
Accommodation in London for the chosen winning team of five (5) and free entry for each team member to a Snow Patrol Royal Albert Hall show in November 2009 with access and seats in a Reserved Box as well as meet the band backstage on the night.

Each member of the winning team outside of the UK will receive £200 to use toward the purchase of a return flight to London Heathrow, UK. Once in the UK Polydor shall travel costs between hotel and airport. Travel for winners within the UK will be paid for by Polydor.

Ex-UK winners must confirm they can pay the balance of their air travel 7 days after notification of winning.

Conditions:

The tickets are for one person travelling alone and must be used by day of show at Royal Albert Hall. Hotel accommodation is for one person for up to and including two nights only. The hotel shall be selected by Polydor Ltd, a Universal Music Company. Flight seats and accommodation are always subject to availability. The tickets are not transferable and have no cash value. This prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable and does not include insurance or transfers. Reservations for the flights must be made at least 14 days before departure.

The draw is open to fans aged 18 or over

General:

The competition is open to all worldwide residents - except employees or agents of UMG or the company involved, their families or anyone connected with the promotion.

Entry constitutes your acceptance of the above conditions/rules.

No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person.

If the prize involves travel the winners must be free to travel and partake in prize on the dates defined in the conditions.

Opening date for entries to the quiz is 5 OCTOBER 2009

Closing date for all entries to the quiz is 6 NOVEMBER 2009

Indicate how will winners be notified? Winners will be notified via Facebook message in order to acquire email address for further correspondence.

In the event of a tie break situation, the winning team will be decided via a random draw. Only prizes listed in the Terms and Conditions will be offered. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes.
